Baby Derek. 9 months.

I am sure you remember Baby Derek from several previous posts. His parents chose to order a "Watch me Grow" package so we could document his first year. With so many changes in such a short time, this type of package is a perfect way to ensure you capture it all!

Here are a few from our most recent session. Little Derek just keeps getting cuter :)

"L" Boudior Session. On Location

"L" has chosen to keep her identity secret, but has given me permission to post her images!! As I mentioned before, I have started doing a lot of my boudoir sessions in the clients home. This helps them feel much more relaxed, and it's also fun for them to be cute and sexy in their own home!

Wow...I feel like the luckiest woman to have found such an amazing artist to experience my first boudoir photo shoot with! When I opened the portfolio, I could not believe my eyes...the photos were out of this world!


First, I really appreciate you coming to my home and photographing me in my surroundings. It really made me feel comfortable and I think it adds so much to the photographs. It will be great to see the reaction on my fiance's face when he sees me being sexy and silly in our home, especially in our own bed! Second, the way you used the lighting is so unbelievable! I thought my very light (pale) skin would be blinding when the pictures were viewed, but the way you used the lighting, your creativity with my poses and the camera angles made each shoot look fantastic! I am super excited to share these photos with (P)! Third, thank you for being you, you are such a wonderful person to work with and helped me to feel comfortable, beautiful and sexy during my first boudoir session. I cannot wait until the wedding...I can only imagine the shots you will capture! How exciting!!

The Other Side.

A photo shoot of Jeremy and I was waaaayyyyy overdue!!! We haven't had a professional photo shoot done of us since our wedding 6 years ago! Luckily, I am blessed with 2 extremely talented associate photographers, an amazing makeup artist, a beautiful town, and a sexy husband. All this = kick ass photo session :)

We had a blast hanging out in and around our home in Downtown Encinitas.

Here are just a couple. I will be editing them throughout the week, and adding more as I go.

I absolutely love photographing maternity sessions! Giving a women the opportunity to feel beautiful during this very special time is so important to me. Debbie and R.C. The Wedding. Part I.

Debbie and R.C. got married at The Twin Oaks House and Garden on May 24, 2009. The day was simply perfect, and it all started with one of the first days that truly felt like summer. The sun was shining, and this couple was ready to get married!!!

First shot of the day: Debbie walking on to the property. Big smile, Check! Dress, Check! Bridesmaid, Check!!!

Yu Chen + RenFeng. The Wedding.

Yu Chen and RenFeng are one of those couples that are so happy and in love that it's contagious! The entire time Amy and I were photographing them, we had huge smiles plastered across our faces. They are truly each others best friend, and it is obvious by the playfulness and joy that radiates from them!

The adorable couple had an intimate ceremony at the court house in Downtown San Diego. I have never seen a court house with such a gorgeous venue! We are so blessed living here! They were married under a beautiful flower filled arch just steps from the San Diego Bay.

After the ceremony we headed back up to Encinitas for some portraits.
